Hi. Thanks for stopping by my online studio. I am a certified pilates and barre teacher living in the Eastern Sierra Mountains of California. I grew up in South Louisiana among beautiful cypress trees, a big family, and lots of good food and laughter. Throughout my life I have studied ballet, barre, and pilates, which brings me great freedom of movement and peace of mind.
