Group Zoom Classes

Tuesday 12:00 p.m. PT

Zoom Barre group session.  Optional props include a mat, chair, squishy ball, weights, resistance bands, and foam roller.

Thursday 11:00 a.m. PT

Zoom Pilates group session. Optional props include a mat, squishy ball, ring, weights, resistance bands, and foam roller. 

Private Sessions
