Before COVID-19, I taught in a beautiful studio located in the Eastern Sierra mountains of California. Now, I have translated my love of pilates and barre into an online studio, a small home studio and home visits. Now accepting private in-person clients in Bishop, Crowley, and Mammoth.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hello and Welcome to my Studio
Throughout my life, I have practiced ballet and pilates to keep my body healthy body and my mind more peaceful. I hope my classes bring you the same.

After being a lifelong student, I earned my Barre certification in 2016 and my Pilates certification in 2018 through Flow Motion Pilates. All of my classes emphasize alignment, breath, and mindful movement.
​
I grew up in South Louisiana among big cypress tress and an even bigger family. We loved to eat, laugh, and encourage one another. As a result, I developed a passionate and enthusiastic style of relating to people, which is why I love teaching so much.
​
Now, I live in the Eastern Sierra mountains of California where I run my online studio. Thanks to technology, I am able to teach safe, effective, and fun online classes. I am truly grateful to every person who stops by and signs up.
